There are currently over 120 whisky distilleries in Scotland alone. These distilleries are in five different regions, and each one has a unique taste, story, and history. As you start your journey into the whisky world, which will soon later lead you into creating a collection, it is critical to explore and ultimately find your whisky home.

When I started my journey into the world of spirits, I had a fundamental understanding of different liquor types. Growing up in Germany allowed me to learn about beer and wine at a younger age than friends around the world. Beer and wine were first, followed by some Obstler and Rum when I traveled to Austria.
